Java Rx
At Augusta Roasting Company we love our coffee pure, strong and black.
But here are some of our sweet favorites. Enjoy!

Hop Scotch (hot)

1 cup coffee
1 shot of Butter Shots
Mix together. Serve hot.


Frothy Mocha (hot)
Serves 4
2 cups freshly brewed Espresso Roast Coffee
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate (cut up small)
1 square of unsweetened chocolate (cut up small)
1/2 warmed half-and-half (may substitute with light cream)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Whipped Cream

Place chocolate and cinnamon in blender. Blend finely chopped.
Add hot coffee to blender and blend (medium speed) until chocolate is melted.
Add half-and-half or cream and blend until frothy.
Pour into mugs and top with Whipped Cream.


White Chocolate Delight (hot)
Serves 4
3 squares white chocolate, chopped
2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
2 cups hot freshly brewed coffee
Whipped Cream

In microwave, warm white chocolate and milk, stop and stir every minute until mixture is melted.
Add hot coffee.
Pour into coffee mugs.
Top each serving with whipped cream.


Irish Coffee
Serves 6
6 cups strongblack coffee
3/4 cup Irish whiskey
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons sugar

With an electric mixer, beat cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Combine remaining sugar, coffee and whiskey.
Pour into coffee mugs.
Top each serving with whipped cream.


Coffee Dessert (cold)
Serves 4
3 cups strong coffee
3 teaspoons sugar
1 cup cream
Coffee/Chocolate/Vanilla flavored ice cream
Whipped Cream

Add sugar to brewed coffee, and refrigerate.
Mix coffee and cream
Fill 4 glasses half full
Add ice cream to each glass
Top each serving with whipped cream.
